Mrs Tan is one of the best Teachers you could get in Junior College. Caring, humorous, knowledgeable, engaging rapier-like eyes and wit, she offers top-notch advice for GP and life itself. But she’d make an even better tutor outside of the stifling constraints of the institutionalised classroom. She is not only highly experienced in teaching GP, but her working experience as a lawyer has also equipped her with outstanding abilities in the discourse, all of which enables her to be a felicitous choice for a general paper tutor. Before we were taught by Mrs Tan, getting straight ‘S’ and ‘U’s for GP was the norm; we believed GP was an innate skill rather than something that could be taught to anyone.
